Molly Gallant is an award-winning Outdoor Recreation Programmer with a focus on serving previously undeserved and disenfranchised populations.

She strongly believes in the 'live where you work' philosophy and has a background in program development, implementation, risk mitigation, planning, and policy document development.

Her expertise includes community organizing, legislative advocacy, managing complex work environments, and fostering partnerships in the government administration industry.

With a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University and an Associate degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from the Community College of Baltimore County, Molly has a strong academic foundation.

Previously, Molly has held key roles such as Division Chief of Recreation at Calvert County Department of Parks and Recreation, Outdoor Recreation Programmer at the City of Baltimore, Volunteer Coordinator at the Department of Recreation and Parks in Baltimore, and Community Organizer for the Partnership for Parks Program at People and Parks Foundation.

She has also served as the INSIGHT Day Program Manager at Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School and as an Outdoor Recreation Programmer in the City of Baltimore.

Molly Gallant is highly skilled in government operations, research, community outreach, volunteer management, and public speaking, and is passionate about promoting equity in urban areas within the parks and natural resource field.
