Kosta Kangelaris boasts more than 17 years of M&A and Corporate Advisory experience in both Australia and the UK, having worked on numerous high-profile public and private transactions involving sell and buy-side advice, capital raisings, and strategic capital reviews.

Some of Kosta's notable assignments include advising Health Metrics, a software business in the aged care sector, on its sale to Tanarra Private Equity, and assisting Intrepid Travel in securing growth capital equity raise with Genairgy.

Kosta's expertise extends to advising Access Platform Systems on its divestment to Vertech Group, retail business PAS Group on its divestment to Queens Lane Capital, and Barambah Organics on its divestment to Tanarra Private Equity among others.

He has also been instrumental in transactions like Freedom Foods' acquisition of sports nutrition business Power Foods, Select Harvests' significant capital raise for greenfield expansion, and facilitating a consortium transaction involving Freedom Foods, New Hope Group, and the Perich family to acquire Moxey Farms.

Additionally, he provided advisory services to notable entities such as the Board of Nine Entertainment Group on a $2 billion debt to equity restructure, Elders on the divestment of its Forestry loan book, and the Victorian Government on the capital restructure of a public private partnership of Ararat Prison.

Furthermore, his experience includes advising on the sale of Burrup Holdings, facilitating the acquisition of an Australian education group for an Asian-based private equity firm, and serving as a private equity fund placement advisor for prominent European funds like Livingbridge, Sovereign Capital, Egeria, and Polaris Capital.
