Kristen Trudo served as the General Manager at Rise Coffee House in St. Louis, Missouri from July 2016 to June 2021.2 She is an emerging leader in the Ignatian family, challenging oppressive structures in predominantly white organizations.3 Trudo graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2014 and later moved to St. Louis as a Jesuit Volunteer.3
