Kristina has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Center for Civilians in Conflict, and Norwegian Refugee Council, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to humanitarian causes.

Throughout her career, Kristina has served in various capacities at the ICRC, including as a Protection Delegate and Legal Advisor, showcasing her versatile skill set and in-depth knowledge of legal matters.

Her experience also includes roles as a Legal Intern at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Legal Expert at The Kreisau-Initiative e.V., and Junior Attorney at Baker & McKenzie.
