Highlights
Tomorrow is National Dress in Blue Day for Colon Cancer Awareness. I have three small asks of you: read this whole post, like it or share it or both, and wear blue tomorrow (tell people it's to support Colon Cancer Awareness and then send me a pic of you and anyone else in blue - DM it here).
After almost 18 months of chemo and radiation, my cancer still persists. In some rare stroke of luck - maybe it's good karma - I am still able to wake up most days thankful and so excited to get to work, most people would never know I have the number one cancer killer of those 50 and younger running it's course through my body.
I've push passed all the fears of dying. It's inevitable and I have no control over it.
What I can control is educating people, coaching people, and helping people realize the most from their lives and careers. And it's something that I'm good at - maybe even one of the best at it.
So, regardless of the universe throwing the best and worst of life at me - likely thinking that I'll crumble - I'm working my best to prove the contrary - the best days and months of life CAN be when you feel like you are running out of time.
Let's light up the world in blue tomorrow - encourage people to get their 💩 checked early. Early detection is the key. Don't waste your time.
