Currently serving as the Director of Employee Learning and Engagement at Vanderbilt University, Krystal excels in designing and delivering top-notch employee development programs that foster growth, promote diversity and inclusion, and address organizational challenges.

In addition to her role at Vanderbilt University, Krystal is a renowned keynote speaker, workshop presenter, and consultant. She is also the founder of Equip To Thrive, a business specializing in personal and professional development for individuals seeking growth and empowerment.

Krystal's expertise lies in workshop design, diversity training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a M.Ed. in college student personnel, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach credential, and a ToP Facilitation Methods certification.
