BIG NEWS! 🏔️🦿🏔️🦾🏔️

I am stoked to share I am heading back to Ecuador this fall alongside a badass group of para/adaptive athletes, outdoor leaders, and disability rights advocates with one mission: provide high-quality prosthetic care to those without access!

This year marks the 10th Annual Climbing for ROMP, and we have set our sights high. We’re forming THREE teams to conquer the THREE highest mountains in Ecuador (Chimborazo 🏔️20,549 ft, Cotopaxi🏔️ 19,347 ft, and Cayambe👌🏼 18,996 ft)!

🏔️🦾I will climb as many mountains and fundraise as much as possible until there is truly mobility for all. Having access to a prosthetic changes your life and your entire future.

🦿Unfortunately, there are massive disparities in access, and ROMP is on the frontline to ensure the most underserved and remote communities get the highest quality care.

🇪🇨 Spending time in Ecuador becoming friends with ROMP patients like Jahir showed me that we’re not just climbing; we are partnering to dismantle broken healthcare systems and build a future in which everyone can reach their “summit.”

I am honored to help lead the Climb Team alongside Lauren Panasewicz, Kirstie Ennis , Stevie Crawford, Rachel Burks and Taylor Haines in our mission to raise $500,000 to directly fund 250 prosthetics for those who need it most and create the foundation for ROMP to expand their work to a third country in 2026!

This climb has always had a purpose bigger than 20,549 ft, 19,374 ft, and 18,996 ft! Our message is that all amputees deserve access to prosthetic care, community, and the outdoors.

Our vision of Mobility For All is ROMP’s biggest mountain.

I would be honored to have your support (https://lnkd.in/dQ9bN6gk) and follow along our journey Range of Motion Project! #whatsyourmountain #rompglobal #mobilityforall #C4R10

Hey, Friends!

I often hear this question thrown around "Can we really break down outdoor barriers?"

Yes we can.

Join me, the Outdoor FUTURE team and Outdoor Equity Grants leaders, managers, reviewers, and grantees to discuss what the creation of a national Outdoor Opportunity Fund could provide and learn how WE ALL can help contribute to breaking down barriers to outdoor access for all youth and communities.

This will be the first event from Into the FUTURE, a series of online events hosted by The Outdoor F.U.T.U.R.E. Initiative and dedicated to exploring the facets of outdoor equity, inclusion, and opportunity from diverse perspectives.

Our guests and panelists will discuss the Outdoor F.U.T.U.R.E., the importance of outdoor opportunity, the effects of outdoor equity efforts, and their impacts on communities with active equity programs to bring light to the many benefits of and the need for more outdoor opportunity programs in our country.

Into the F.U.T.U.R.E. : Breaking Down Outdoor Barriers WHEN: Wednesday, April 3rd at 12pm PT/3pm ET REGISTER: https://lnkd.in/gKcR2g9V
