Lacy Schuette pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and furthered her education with studies at Bowling Green State University.

She has held key leadership roles in various organizations, notably as the Vice President of Marketing Solutions Go-To-Market and previously as the Vice President of Market & Client Development in Data Insights & Customer Engagement at RR Donnelley. Her prior positions include Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Practice Leader, and Director of Marketing Strategy at Precision Dialogue. Additionally, she served as Solutions Leader in the Consulting Organization and Pricing Strategist at Acxiom, and in various capacities at Vistrio and Equitec.
