Lance Cassidy is a former aerospace engineer turned design leader, dedicated to fostering moonshot entrepreneurship and inspiring organizations to dream big.

With a background in aerospace engineering and industrial design, Lance has worked with major players such as Intel, NASA, Lowe's, Steelcase, and Silicon Valley startups to realize ambitious projects.

His passion lies in guiding organizations to think beyond conventional boundaries and translate their visions into actionable projects, aiming for a more deliberate future.

Recognizing the outdated tools in the hardware industry, Lance co-founded Flux to streamline the process and reduce the costs associated with bringing hardware products to market.

His educational achievements include an M.S. in Industrial Design and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, both received with honors.

In his professional journey, Lance Cassidy has held pivotal roles such as Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer at Flux, Design Partner & SU Ventures Advisor at Singularity University, Founder & CEO at DXLab Design, and Investor at Presence among others.

He has also shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor on Foresight at the California College of the Arts and served in diverse positions ranging from Product Manager at PrecisionHawk to Aerospace Engineer at NASA and VP Growth at Net32 Inc.
