Laura Gale is a dedicated professional specializing in organizational change, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and program design with a strong focus on an anti-racist approach. Her extensive background includes experience in sociology, the arts, education, organizational development, and leadership.

With a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Change Management from The New School, Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Sociology from The Ohio State University. Her academic foundation has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her field.

Currently, Laura Gale serves as a Coach, Facilitator, and Transformational Change Consultant at Nightingale Coaching and Consulting, where she collaborates with leaders and change-makers to shape and implement strategies that drive organizational transformation. Her role involves working with diverse organizations across various sectors to facilitate growth and drive impactful change.

Prior to her current position, Laura held key roles at Coro New York Leadership Center, including Senior Director of Training and Consulting, Director of the Fellows Program in Public Affairs, and Director of Education Leadership Collaborative. She also gained experience as a Program Associate at the Institute for Urban Education, a Private Academic Tutor at Arete Educational Consulting, Executive Artistic Director at New York Theatre Experiment, and Founder and Program Director at Lift Every Voice.
