Throughout her professional journey, Laura has amassed over a decade of experience in communications, marketing, and public policy, collaborating with various high-profile organizations. She played a significant role in the administration of former mayor John Hickenlooper and contributed to the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Centura Health, and SE2, a communications consulting firm based in Denver that specializes in public issues. As a senior associate at SE2, she managed strategic communications for notable clients such as the Colorado Hospital Association and Denver Public Schools, demonstrating her expertise in health care, education, and transportation sectors.
Laura’s understanding of public policy and its implications for businesses and constituents has been shaped by her experience as a communications assistant and director of scheduling for former Mayor Hickenlooper. Additionally, she has an extensive background in political campaigns across Colorado, equipping her with a robust skill set in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy.
