In his capacity as CFO and Treasurer, Larry has successfully secured over $3 billion in debt and equity capital from various sources including venture capital firms, private equity funds, and institutional investors like Texas Pacific Group (TPG), Goldman Sachs PIA, Rothschild, and Merrill Lynch, among others.
Larry's strategic prowess extends to leading M&A activities across different regions such as the U.S., Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, with a remarkable track record of closing deals worth over $2 billion in capital.
His areas of expertise in M&A include strategy formulation, target identification, due diligence, negotiation, deal documentation, and post-merger integration planning and execution.
Larry's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Finance and Policy Studies from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Computer Science and Finance from Northern Illinois University.

The merger makes us one of the world's largest digital transformation consultancies.
I am excited to announce that I've joined Bounteous as CFO and am looking forward to working with the Bounteous Leadership & Team, as well as the New Mountain Capital team, to drive company/client success.
