She is the Founder of LaunchX, a prominent teen entrepreneurship education program, where she served as President. Laurie was also the former President of the Board of Directors at LaunchX Clubs.

With a strong academic background, Laurie obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Her expertise spans both business and engineering domains.
