Leena Bakshi McLean, Ed.D is a dedicated professional committed to promoting socially just and culturally relevant STEM education through STEM 4 Real.

STEM 4 Real aims to provide innovative STEM teaching strategies, collaboration opportunities, and standards-based learning approaches to support the development of diverse perspectives in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields.

Leena Bakshi McLean believes in offering quality STEM education to all students, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, religion, or creed.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Education from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley.
