Lei'La' Bryant is a highly educated individual with a diverse background in education and writing. She holds a Master's Degree in Creative Writing Fine Arts with a focus on Writing for Children & Young Adults, Screenwriting, and Creative Nonfiction from Spalding University. Lei'La' is also pursuing a Secondary Teaching License and a MA in Secondary Education, specializing in English Language teaching, from The University of New Mexico. Her academic endeavors include a Joint Honors A.B. in English Language and Literature, as well as Folklore and Mythology, achieved at Harvard University.

With a passion for creative pursuits, Lei'La' has been involved in various organizations and roles, showcasing her talents and skills. She has worked as a Manuscript Editor at Freelance, demonstrating her proficiency in editing and writing. In the field of education, Lei'La' has held positions such as Drama Coach, Director, and Writer, as well as being a Knowledge Bowl Coach and Anime & Manga Club Advisor at Brookings-Harbor School District. She has also served as a teacher covering subjects like Creative Writing, Drama, Folklore, English Language Arts, and Literature at Brookings Harbor High School. Lei'La' has experience working in social media and youth outreach at Baby Rhino Rescue, in addition to being a Program Director for Middle School Theatre at Gallup McKinley School District. Her commitment to education is evident through her role as a 7th Grade English Language Arts Teacher with Teach for America.
