Leila Hoballah is a dedicated individual who has been at the forefront of creating ecosystems for social innovation and transforming organizations into platforms for collective action.

With a background in entrepreneurship and marketing, Leila engages with various projects aimed at addressing systemic issues and driving radical change through consulting, coaching, project management, mentoring, facilitation, and co-design.

An active member of Extinction Rebellion and the French Green Party in London, Leila is deeply involved in activism for climate justice, healthier democracies, and the fight against misinformation.

Currently, Leila serves in multiple roles such as a community development project manager and organizational coach at hérétique.fr, a member of a sounding board at Larger Us, a coach and mentor at Global Gas and Oil Network, and a member of the advisory board at Democratie Ouverte, among others.

Leila's interests include building resilient organizations, fostering collective leadership, disrupting conventional media, trauma-informed work, and reinventing education. She remains passionate about improving her facilitation and coaching skills as she explores possibilities for the future.

Leila's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School and another Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Notable past roles include advisory board member at Démocratie Ouverte, global co-lead at The Week, project manager and organizational coach at hérétique, network development coach at Global Gas and Oil Network, and boundless roots project lead at Forum for the Future, among others.

Leila's diverse experience spans from co-founding and leading various organizations to contributing to inclusive and social business projects, showcasing her commitment to driving positive change across different sectors.
