I had the honor of visiting the Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing Las Vegas branch this week. In the southwest, a lot of hvac systems are in the attic. It’s 112°F outside, the attic is warmer then that. Every time I complained about the heat this week—as I walked from the air conditioned office to the air conditioned car—I tried to remember what these guys endure to keep our customers cool. If you have your AC worked on this summer, offer the tech a popsicle or a cool non-alcoholic beverage. They’ll appreciate it.
