Lilianne Fan is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the field of anthropology and international organizations.

Having completed her Bachelor of Arts in History at New School University and earning an exceptional GPA of 3.95 while pursuing her MA in Anthropology at Columbia University in the City of New York, Lilianne has established herself as a dedicated and committed scholar.

Throughout her career, Lilianne has held several key positions in prestigious organizations, showcasing her expertise in various roles. She currently serves as the Deputy Chair at the Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network, where she actively contributes to advocating for the rights of refugees in the region.

Her past roles include working as a Research Consultant for multiple organizations, demonstrating her versatility and strong research skills. Lilianne has also held significant positions at the United Nations, such as being the Housing and Land Coordinator for the Haiti Shelter Cluster and the Post-Nargis Recovery and Development Advisor at ASEAN.

Furthermore, Lilianne has been involved in various projects and initiatives, serving as the Aceh Green Donor Liaison at UNDP, Consultant on Aceh at the International Finance Corporation, and Senior Policy Coordinator for the Aceh Programme at Oxfam International.

Her diverse experiences in research, policy coordination, and advisory roles highlight her comprehensive understanding of humanitarian and development issues. Lilianne's contributions to organizations focused on refugees, housing, land coordination, and sustainable development underscore her passion for making a positive impact on communities in need.
