Lilianne Fan is an accomplished individual with a strong background in anthropology and history.

She graduated with a Master's degree in Anthropology from Columbia University in the City of New York with an impressive GPA of 3.95.

Lilianne also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from New School University.

She has held key positions in various renowned organizations, showcasing her expertise and commitment to humanitarian and development causes.

Lilianne currently serves as the Deputy Chair at the Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network, where she contributes significantly to refugee rights advocacy.

Her previous roles include working as a Research Consultant for multiple organizations, demonstrating her versatility and wide-ranging skill set.

Lilianne has also served in impactful roles such as Housing and Land Coordinator for the Haiti Shelter Cluster at the United Nations and Post-Nargis Recovery and Development Advisor at ASEAN.

Moreover, her experience includes being the Aceh Green Donor Liaison at UNDP, Consultant on Aceh at the International Finance Corporation, and Senior Policy Coordinator for the Aceh Programme at Oxfam International.
