She is currently involved in creating Pinata, the first national rent rewards and financial program, offering innovative solutions for renters to save, pay, and receive rewards for paying rent.

Lily Liu holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Policy and Management with a minor in Photography and Digital Imaging, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
