Lodz film school final year students have astounded me with their creative excellence, courage and curiosity in their drama projects. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and hospitality. Thank you! #pitchcoach #drama #film #screenwriting

This #pitchingevent #berlinale2024 was amazing, the people I worked with were incredibly talented and their drama series stunning and diverse. I wanted them to #pitch in a way that would shine through and get them offers. It worked, thanks to their brilliance and a few #pitchcoaching #neuroscience and #psychology tricks. But it was not plain sailing because trying things, in new ways, isn't always appreciated! I felt the need to share this story to tell those trying to do the same that with 25 years experience it still happens to me and that I have their back. I also wrote this to ask those standing in their way to consider their stance. The #tv and #film industry need #newideas , #diversevoices and #newwaysofworking if we are going to thrive now and in the future. Give us a chance, it might actually work!
