Lindsay Baker is a dedicated environmentalist and building scientist, aiming to drive positive environmental and social change in the building sector through structural transformations.

With a profound academic journey, Lindsay holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Building Science, and a Master of Science in Architecture specializing in Building Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Throughout Lindsay's career, she has engaged with various organizations, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the International Living Future Institute and being a Board Member at Measurabl. She has also held key roles such as VP, Global Head of Sustainability & Impact at The We Company, President & Founding Team Member at Comfy, and has contributed as a Building Science Researcher at the Center for the Built Environment at UC Berkeley.

Lindsay's professional journey also includes experiences like being a part of the Google Green Team focusing on Sustainable Operations at Mary Davidge Associates, working as a LEED Program Manager at the U.S. Green Building Council, and interning at esteemed institutions like the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA), City of Chattanooga, and Southface.

Passionate about human-centered buildings, operational excellence, and innovation, Lindsay is dedicated to driving industry-wide commitments to rectify historical disparities in BIPOC communities through resilient and inclusive building solutions that create jobs and enhance urban environments.
