Highlights
Thanks for having us, Christopher Martin, at your annual VCPE Meeting for General Counsels hosted by YPOG in Berlin!
Anisja Porschke and I had the opportunity to showcase Fides, give a live demo of our GenAI capabilities, and give some tips and tricks on legal prompt engineering, security, and preparing and unifying your data for implementing AI.
⚖️ In the discussion after, we could all agree that in corporate law, some things should not be done by AI (yet) but rather rule-based. But there certainly are use cases, e.g., regarding searching for specific information or drafting materials, where AI can make the legal function much more efficient.
💡 Ideally, the AI is implemented where the workflow happens to give as much context as possible without disrupting the workflow 💡 (read that again).
💎 Both are possible with Fides, as we already have so much context about the entity (group), the committee, jurisdiction, etc., AND you don't have to switch between Word, Excel, DeepL, Sharepoint, and Copilot— it's all happening in one unified workflow, which significantly reduces the risk of errors and creates smooth efficiency.
😁 Ping me if you want a personal demo of our platform and the AI use cases and what more we have in the pipeline! So excited!

🚀 TOUCHDOWN LAS VEGAS
It was a last-minute decision, but now I am super excited to attend this year's CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) in Las Vegas - a conference that brings together 2300 legal professionals to discuss, drink and dance about all things legal ops, digitization of legal workflows and AI in that context.
Can't wait to see my US legal friends, especially Christina Wojcik, Jason Boehmig, Rajan Gupta, Denise Doyle, Tommie Tavares-Ferreira & our partner Docusign and to make many new friends!
If you're here or know anyone attending I should connect with - let me know 🥂
