Last week, I had the honour of sitting on a Mastercard panel discussion on driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in various aspects of our professional lives: people, place, and partnerships.
The panel was a fantastic opportunity to discuss, raise awareness and share personal experiences on such important topics and reaffirmed the importance of the roles we play as female leaders in supporting, coaching and growing future female leaders as they navigate dynamic and complex corporate landscapes. It was especially wonderful to hear the other amazing female leaders/panelists, Brigitte Cooney, Sophie Stickland and Isobel Thacker, experiences’ and thoughts’ on the topic. Thank you to Doris Mo for hosting and sparking such a great discussion.
