Liz Radler is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies for renowned luxury brands like Bergdorf Goodman, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Saint Laurent, and Alexander McQueen. Liz started her career journey at Bergdorf Goodman, where she cultivated her expertise from sales to the buying office.

During her tenure as the President of Alexander McQueen North America within the Kering Group, Liz oversaw various functions including wholesale, retail, finance, human resources, and visual merchandising for the region. She played a pivotal role in reshaping the brand into a globally recognized fashion powerhouse by leading initiatives such as expanding retail presence, boosting wholesale distribution and revenues, and leveraging her extensive network in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Before her role at Alexander McQueen, Liz held the position of Vice President of Wholesale for Saint Laurent North America, managing both men's and women's ready-to-wear, accessories, and shoes. She demonstrated exceptional leadership during challenging times, steering the business through the recession and ensuring the stability and growth of the Saint Laurent wholesale segment.

Additionally, Liz made significant contributions to Valentino as part of the senior management team, overseeing the women's wholesale division during a period of transition in ownership and artistic direction. Her rich industry experience and strategic insights have been instrumental in driving the success of these iconic fashion houses.

Apart from her corporate roles, Liz Radler serves as the Principal Consultant at LRS Consulting, where she continues to share her expertise and provide valuable insights to businesses within the fashion industry. Liz's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, complementing her professional acumen with a strong foundation in understanding consumer behavior and market trends.
