Lorne Lucree

Lorne Lucree is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the beauty, consumer products, and marketing industries.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Communications from Boston University.

Lorne currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Corporate Strategic Initiatives at Voyant Beauty, where he drives innovation and strategic initiatives within the organization.

His previous roles include being a board member at the Consumer Specialty Products Association and serving as the President of the Board of Directors at the Western Aerosol Information Bureau.

Prior to his current position, Lorne held various leadership roles at Voyant Beauty, including Chief Innovation Research and Development Officer, where he oversaw Environmental, Social, Governance initiatives.

His experience also extends to Luxury Brand Partners, LLC, where he was the Vice President of Product and Packaging Innovation + Development.

Lorne has a solid background in global product development, having worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as part of the Clinique team.

With a wealth of marketing expertise, he has held positions at top companies like L'Oréal, where he managed US Marketing for L'Oreal Professionnel and led global marketing and product development for Professional Haircare and Styling.

In his early career, Lorne gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at L'Oréal, a Marketing Intern at Martin + Osa, and a Digital Business Intern at EMI Music.

He also served as a Student Body President during his time at NYU Stern School of Business and started his career as an Account Executive at Publicis.
