Lucy Hawthorne is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in coaching, facilitation, campaigning, and mentoring across various organizations.

She is the Founder and Coach at Catalysts Club, where she utilizes her expertise to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.

Previously, Lucy served as a Freelance Learning Facilitator at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, enhancing the learning experience for aspiring social change leaders.

Her experience also includes roles as an Associate Coach at Koreo, as well as freelance work in coaching, facilitation, and campaigning across multiple platforms.

Lucy has a strong background in campaign management, having held positions such as Head of Campaigns at Campaign to Protect Rural England and Campaign Manager at Campaign to Protect Rural England.

She also contributed her skills as a Coalition Coordinator at the End Fuel Poverty Coalition and as a Campaigns Consultant at Rethink Mental Illness.

Lucy's dedication to mentorship is evident through her role as a Mentor at CharityComms and as a Trustee at Undeb Bangor (Bangor Students' Union).

Her passion for youth development and training led her to serve as a Lead Trainer at The Challenge and as a Campaigns Manager at the National Union of Students (UK).

Her early experience includes roles such as Project Assistant, Campaigning Partnership and Policy Officer, and Political Lobbying Trainer at the National Union of Students (UK).

Lucy Hawthorne has also been involved in volunteer work, serving as a Volunteer Development Worker at Conflict & Change and contributing her research skills to Campaign Against the Arms Trade (CAAT) as a Researcher in arms and renewables.
