I am a believer of live processes: try, learn, tweak and repeat.

For the last 8 months I have been learning more about the intersection of recruiting, sales and product and how early-stage startups are successful. It's has been a enlightening journey.

Learnings 📗 Building a great product is crucial, however, it's better to ship it quick and learn. 📗 Sales have to be part of your agenda and as a founder you need to learn how to identify your ICP, where to find them and start selling! 📗 Recruiting the best team is needed to be successful but most of the time founders don't know what a great "insert function" look like, so I recommend investigate more and talk to a few candidates to learn what you are looking for.
