There are mornings I get up and the bed feels impossible to escape. I’ll lay there for minutes contemplating my decision to get up early and work out.

After finally convincing myself to get up, I’ll get to the gym thinking "well at least I made it."

But then I have to put in the work. Just rolling out of bed and driving to the gym would have the same effect as just laying there.

I always tell myself the same thing. Do hard things. Do things others choose not to do. Do things that make you better.

It doesn't matter what it is in life. To be great at anything requires force and pressure (doing hard things).

Steel is made by force and pressure. Without that force and pressure, the metal would be useless. Bridges would collapse, cars would fall apart, and buildings would fall. An expensive commodity would be rendered ineffective without meticulous crafting, time & pressure.

I'm realizing my LinkedIn community (it kinda does feel like a community these days) are all about growth.

I'm in this with you. Keep pushing, keep doing hard things, and let's grow together.
