Picture this 👀 : You're an employee of a private sector company and you're tired of feeling that the most you can do about the climate crisis is make changes in your personal life - it seems like it's not enough. And you work for a company that has much bigger climate impacts than you or your household. If only you could find a way to get your employer to do more on climate - that would really make a difference.

This you? Then, I've got just the thing. The WorkforClimate Academy is a course for making your job your most powerful climate tool. And there are two weeks left to join the next cohort (running Aug 26 - Nov 22).

This course is for any company employee who...

➡️ Wants to upskill on climate, futureproof their career and step into their leadership potential ➡️ Wants to learn directly from climate experts about how to implement short- and long-term climate and decarbonisation solutions within their organisation ➡️ Wants to develop the confidence to convince their bosses about the need for taking action NOW ➡️ Wants to join a growing community of climate-concerned professionals and advocates who are making change happen from inside organisations

A three month program with online learning modules, live workshops and tailored coaching. And best of all, you don't need to have sustainability in your job description - any job can become a climate job.

Learn more about the Academy here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/geZrCqjt and get in touch if you have any questions.

Ok climate action folks, let me introduce your dream job: The Sunrise Project flies under the radar but is organising, funding and orchestrating the climate movement globally. They're looking for their next Australian Program Director to lead the Aussie arm of their work of scaling social movements for climate transition. This is a one-of-a-kind role where you could have a huge impact by grant-making to the climate movement and building networks and coalitions for strategic campaigns at a critical moment in human history.

I also happen to know that Sunrise really look after their biggest asset - their people - with epic employee benefits and flexibility to make your work work for you. If you're looking for a leadership role in the climate movement, I couldn't recommend this opportunity and organisation more. Happy to share my experience of Sunrise having been in their orbit for the past 4 years if you need.
