Maddy Drosendahl is an aerospace engineering Ph.D. student at Georgia Tech's Aerospace Systems Design Lab.234 She is currently in her second year.24 In the summer of 2017, Drosendahl interned with NASA.1 While preparing for her NASA internship, she researched using back-and-forth oscillation to manipulate the fluid flow around a rotor or airplane wing at the University of Denver's Unmanned Systems Research Institute (DU2SRI).1 The aim of this research was to increase lift and decrease drag.1
