Marc Tremblay, CAIP, is a professional with diverse skills and strengths in research, analytics, communications, operations, leadership, change management, entrepreneurship, and partnership building.

Having graduated from the University of Lethbridge, Marc's career began as a Research Analyst in Belgium before moving to Statistics Canada, where he assisted clients and entrepreneurs with data research for various purposes like marketing and business planning.

In 1996, Marc co-founded Insight Research, which he later sold to Leger in 2005, where he continued as Vice-President until 2009. This was followed by leading the Francophone Economic Development Council of Alberta, focusing on economic initiatives and aiding entrepreneurs.

After relocating to Victoria, B.C., Marc served as the Director of Operations at Passive House Canada, eventually transitioning to a role in change management communications at BC Pension Corporation. Currently, he is involved in the Francophone Affairs Program for the Government of British Columbia.

In addition to his professional roles, Marc is actively engaged in volunteering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and la Société francophone de Victoria. He also contributes as a board member for Ottawa's Canadian Centre for Leadership and Evaluation and facilitates workshops on not-for-profit governance development.

Marc is pursuing a Change Management Associate Certificate at UBC Sauder School of Business and holds certificates in Economic Development from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
