Specializing in Clicks & Bricks (omni-channel) strategies and digital transformations, Marc's ultimate goal is to create happiness for online customers.

His areas of expertise and passions include E-commerce B2C/B2B/D2C, digital shopper marketing, digitizing the path to purchase, (Hyperlocal) digital marketing with a focus on DOOH, (Digital) retail media strategies, digital innovation, AI business strategies, and the inventor of the Cashforward concept.

Known for his can-do mentality and international focus, Marc has been leading the digital transformation agenda of various companies since 2001.

Apart from his professional endeavors, he is an avid traveller, a Polaroid fan, a Fontaine playing cards collector, and a Shopify enthusiast.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Organisational Behaviour from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed a successful study in Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in December 2018.

Throughout his career, Marc has held prominent roles such as Head of Digital Marketing & Innovation, Senior Manager Digital Innovations & E-commerce, E-Commerce Manager, and Senior E-commerce Project Manager at renowned companies like Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Dorel Europe, Chasin', Expert, and Score.

He has also contributed his expertise as a Manager Marketing & Internet at Score, Head of Internet at Expert (Nederlandse Expert Groep), and as an Organisatie adviseur/kwaliteitsmanagement at WWF-Netherlands (Wereld Natuur Fonds).
