Mark McMordie is a distinguished consultant, executive coach, and mindfulness teacher with over 25 years of corporate experience specializing in Leadership and Organization Development. He is dedicated to working with CEOs and leaders to create innovative and high-growth organizations that positively impact the world. Mark's expertise lies in helping leaders and teams develop both their inner and outer capacities, fostering inclusive and inquiry-based leadership as well as driving organizational transformation. Throughout his impressive career, Mark has gained extensive experience across a multitude of sectors, including financial services, retail, telecoms, technology, media, housing, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas, and energy. This breadth of experience allows him to tailor his coaching and facilitation to meet the unique challenges faced by diverse industries, nurturing environments where teams can thrive through effective communication, collaboration, and innovation. Mark is recognized for his ability to provide transformational, systemic coaching, utilizing frameworks like the Leadership Development Profile (LDP) and Leadership Agility 360 (LA360). In addition to his consultancy work, Mark is passionate about contributing to the field of coaching academia. He co-authored the book "Mindfulness for Coaches: An Experiential Guide," published by Routledge in 2017. Furthermore, he serves as a lecturer in the MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change program at Henley Business School, helping to shape the next generation of coaching practitioners.
