Mark Sakata is a dedicated professional with a strong background in disability-related career and educational counseling, disability accommodations, and assistive technology assessment and training.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mark has held various key positions in prestigious organizations, including being an Associate Professor, Faculty Co-Lead, and Teacher Specialist at Pasadena City College.

Prior to his role at Pasadena City College, he served as an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Disability Specialist at Los Angeles Valley College, and as an Assistive Technology Specialist and Rehabilitation Counselor at California State University, Northridge.

His extensive experience also includes working as a Rehabilitation Counselor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington, and as an Employment Services Coordinator at Asian Rehabilitation Services, Inc.
