Marnie Van Wyk has been announced as the Executive Director of New Life for Haiti, where she has previously worked in various capacities, including as a Trustee and the Faith Missions Director. With extensive experience working with both the Haitian staff and American donors, Marnie possesses a unique balance of mission focus, fundraising strength, analytical depth, and professional stability. She studied Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Iowa and has previously worked as a teacher and office manager at various schools, including the Trinity Christian School and Garden Gate Montessori School. Marnie is excited to lead NLH and oversee its global ministry efforts in both Haiti and the U.S. As someone who is adaptable in changing environments, she is confident in continuing the organization's success and giving shape and stability to the next generation of New Life for Haiti's vision.
