Matt Randolph is a History Ph.D. candidate at Stanford University, specializing in the intellectual, political, and cultural history of the African Diaspora, particularly in the Americas and Europe. He serves as the Co-Founder and Graduate Coordinator of the Caribbean Studies Reading Group (CSRG), an interdisciplinary group aimed at promoting scholarly discourse about Caribbean history, culture, and ideas among students at Stanford.1
