Highlights
I love that I get to share the stories of all the work being done here at Duke University School of Nursing to advance health equity. This study is a great example, and really fascinating!
As I delve deeper into the world of writing I've realized that I want to learn about all aspects of the industry, from editing to publishing all the way down to the retail/sales level. So I am thrilled to announce that starting this week I'll be dipping my toes into the world of bookselling and indie bookstores, working Thursdays and Fridays at Letters Bookshop in downtown Durham.
I have been a huge fan of Letters ever since they opened - Land and his team curate a selection that is exciting, forward-thinking, and affordable. I am so happy that I get to learn the ins-and-outs of bookselling AND that I'll be coming on board at Letters right as we get ready to launch a new coffee/beer/wine program in the gorgeous upstairs space of the new space at 116 W. Main Street.
Come in and see me!
