Highlights
Every book about leadership says you need a big 5-year vision. This has been mine for the Public Sector business I lead at Socure:
1️⃣ We are the market leader and known as the center of excellence for identity verification and fraud prevention by every federal, state and higher ed institution
2️⃣ We are used in every use case where the government and higher ed needs to establish trust in identity online
3️⃣ We are synonymous with best-in-class for technology performance, service delivery and partnership
4️⃣ We are adapting and continuously improving to prevent government and higher ed exposure to major fraud attacks
5️⃣ We are making it easy for legitimate people to get access to their benefits and services online
6️⃣ We have raised the bar for customer expectations and made the industry better as a whole through our example
My big goal is 100% market penetration. And before you tell me I’m crazy, let me tell you that we have maintained a 100% win rate after the RFP stage. We are that much better in terms of technology performance and service delivery.
The big goal just takes patience, teamwork, and commitment (as anyone who has worked in government can understand).
Only 2.5 years in, we are in 24 state agencies, 3 federal agencies, 1 Higher Ed Institution, and we’re in talks, pilots and integrations with dozens more. Plus I have the best team in our space. So we are on our way.
Achieving FedRAMP was a Day 1 Priority for me when I joined Socure to build their Public Sector business. After 2 years of hard work and focused execution, I'm excited to share that the Socure ID+ platform for Government (SocureGov) has achieved an “In Process'' designation on the FedRAMP Marketplace! Achieving FedRAMP is not for the weak or fainthearted, but is an absolute must for any company serious about serving the government market by meeting the gold standard for security. At Socure, we're serious about fixing America's broken digital identity infrastructure.
