I've been with Mona Lee Solar for just under two months now and I've already improved as a human. Yes, a human. 🙋♀️
In my years working for and with startups, I've been fortunate to learn from some very inspiring founders and join all-around great teams.
At the same time, I know that this isn't true for everyone, and that while a lot of companies out there love to say things like 'we foster a healthy work/life balance' and so on, very few of them actually follow through.
Yet, at Monalee, I've already:
💫 Participated in a Dreamfuel manifestation workshop during our leadership offsite in Houston (that was day 5 for me).
❄️ Experienced Cryotherapy for the first time. It's kind of like cold plunging, except with really, really cold air.
🧘♀️ Learned tools for shifting my mindset and reaching my goals—both personal and professional—during a two-day workshop with NeuroChangeSolutions
(and led by the brilliant Sadek E. Bakhazi)
Thank you Walid Halty, Jonathan L., and Juan Carrillo for making mindfulness and personal growth core parts of what it means to work for Monalee.
a pretty photo of Porto, where I've been working this month.
