Megan Jones-Williams is a highly qualified professional with a diverse background in advocating against sexual violence and promoting education and awareness in communities.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as educational qualifications from Southeastern Community College and Mediapolis Community High School.

With an extensive career in various organizations, Megan serves as the Director of Training & Advocacy at the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence (OAESV), demonstrating her commitment to empowering survivors and preventing sexual violence.

Her past roles include being the Convener of the Governing Body at the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault and holding positions at the Rape Crisis Service of The Women's Center, University of Central Missouri, Johnson County Sexual Assault Response Committee, and various youth and church groups.

Megan's experience as a Program Coordinator, Advocate, Director, Mentor, and Assistant Director underscores her expertise in program development, advocacy, leadership, and community engagement.

She has a proven track record of making a positive impact in the field of sexual violence prevention and intervention, showcasing both her dedication and leadership abilities.
