Megan Wood is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and diverse experience in the field of Life Sciences and Chemistry.

She pursued her academic journey at Northwestern University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with an impressive GPA of 3.732 at Furman University.

Throughout her career, Megan has held various roles at Northwestern University, including serving as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Research and previously as an Adviser in the Office of Undergraduate Research. She also chaired the Academic and Professional Development Committee at Northwestern University's Chicago Graduate Student Association.

Her academic pursuits include research roles as both a Ph.D. Student and a Rotating Ph.D. Student at Northwestern University. She has also contributed to research efforts as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute and as an NSF-REU Student at the University of Michigan.

Megan's early research experiences include being a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellow during her time at Furman University, showcasing her dedication to academic and professional development.
