Melissa's background includes leading the UK practice of Millward Brown Precis, specializing in media evaluation and brand reputation management.

Before her global roles, she gained experience at Ipsos-Reid in Canada and the UK's Public Affairs division, along with Marketing Communications at the Ontario Lung Association.
