Highlights
I've had time to reflect on the experience I had last week as a panel participant with Trish Stromberg of Swipeclock and Mark Boothe of Domo that 97th Floor hosted at Kiln Lehi, and I've got 3 quick thoughts.
1, Utah really does have a cool tech community. It was great to see some folks I haven't seen for a while, great to see some people in person I've only known as a LinkedIn connection, and great to get to know new people doing interesting things.
2, that community has a place because of people like 97th Floor and Kiln Lehi that make time and space for it, so thank you for that.
3, there are lots of ways to be successful as a marketing professional, just pay attention, don't be afraid to try stuff (that your customers and prospects think is cool), learn by experience and you'll probably do alright. And you'll have some great, relevant stories to share like Mark and Trish had last week.
See y'all next time.
It's Friday (or the weekend). You're distracting yourself from real life by scrolling LinkedIn. You're in Utah, like breakfast, work in sales or marketing, and have some time open Tuesday morning.
Boom. You just decided to RSVP (link in comments, that's what the cool kids do, I don't really understand why but I want to be cool too, we all do) to a breakfast and panel held at Kiln Lehi Tuesday, July 30. You'll see me. You'll see Mark Boothe. You'll see Trish Stromberg. Your day and your Tuesday just got better.
AI can't write this. This is raw. This is real. See you next week.
