So happy to finally share this with the world!

We spent the past five years exploring what helps communities flourish. And in the process we kept coming across 5 patterns that we see in healthy groups:

The Fire - The possibility that brings us together. The Web - The relationships that hold us together. The Rhythm - The rituals that connect us. The Circles - The roles we can play. The Spiral - Our individual and collective journeys.

We just published the 5 elements as part of the Community Weaving Framework and would LOVE to hear how it resonates with you: https://lnkd.in/d_fVMJfK

This project has been a labor of love co-created with Erin Dixon, Fabian Pfortmüller, Sita Magnuson, Alfredo Carlo, Linh Trinh and many many community weavers from across the globe. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

How do we weave healthy communities?

This is the question Erin Dixon, Fabian Pfortmüller, Sita Magnuson and I have been asking for the past 5 years. And we are super proud to share with you today what we've learned in the form of the Community Weaving Framework: www.community-weaving.org.

The framework invites you to explore 5 essential elements for community weaving: the Fire, the Web, the Rhythm, the Circles and the Spiral. It is an invitation to reimagine what community means in these times of transition. And we hope it will provide a shared language to strengthen the relational webs across our shared home Earth.

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support from so many of you. A huge thank you to Linh Trinh, Alfredo Carlo and the whole Housatonic team for developing the beautiful design and being the most supportive and patient companions. A warm thank you to all the people who were part of our project team at different stages, especially Sascha Mombartz and Lana Kristine Jelenjev. And a sincere thank you to all our contributors who guided us with so much patience and care throughout the years.

We’d love to hear from you—how does it resonate?
