Having gone to business school, I thought entrepreneurship meant a fancy new app, groundbreaking technology, untapped markets, synergy, shark tank + other buzz words. But after starting areuknittingme, I realized that entrepreneurship can be much simpler.
Today, I design knitwear pieces, write instructions on how to knit the design, and sell those pdfs on Etsy to the knitting community. Knitting started as a quarantine hobby for me, but now I use it as a way to creatively share my ideas with others. Although 100 sales may seem small to some, to me it represents a huge milestone in turning my passion into a business 🧶
