Mike O'Sullivan is a seasoned creative professional with a rich background in advertising and marketing.

Studying in Leicester and London laid the foundation for a successful career, leading to roles at prestigious agencies in London and New Zealand.

Starting as an Art Director at Young & Rubicam London, Mike transitioned to Mojo Auckland in 1995 as a senior Art Director before quickly climbing the ranks to become the Creative Director.

His portfolio includes work on notable brands like Bluebird, Glassons, Hallensteins, DB Breweries, and Apple, showcasing his diverse skill set and strategic creativity.

At the age of 29, Mike's talent was recognized as he was appointed as the Executive Creative Director of Colenso BBDO in Auckland, where he spearheaded campaigns for major clients such as Goodman Fielder, Masterfoods, and Air New Zealand.

In 2003, he took on the role of Executive Creative Director and Deputy Chairman at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, before ultimately returning to New Zealand to join Saatchi & Saatchi as the Executive Creative Director, significantly contributing to the agency's growth and success.

His partnership with Andrew Stone at Saatchi & Saatchi led to impressive achievements on projects for Telecom, DB, KFC, and Westpac, resulting in multiple Agency of the Year accolades across Australasia.

Recognized for his expertise, Mike was invited to join the Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board by Bob Isherwood, showcasing his industry influence and respect.

In 2010, Mike and Andrew Stone established Droga5 Auckland, a new and promising venture that added another milestone to his illustrious career.

After parting ways with Droga5 in 2012, he founded The Collective, invested in by the Image Centre group in 2015, where he continued to excel as the ECD of ICG until May 2016.

Following his departure from ICG, in June 2016, Mike O'Sullivan embarked on a new journey by founding Many Minds Limited, further solidifying his status as a prominent figure in the creative industry.
