Mo Fong has a diverse educational background with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University School of Engineering.

In the professional realm, Mo Fong has held various roles in prominent organizations. At Google, Mo served as the Sr. Director for Google Technical Solutions, Learning and Education, Director for CS Education focusing on Equity in Education, and Finance Director. Mo also worked as an Executive Director at the Stanford Educational Leadership Institute, an Executive Leadership and Career Coach at Harvard Business School, and in managerial roles at PayPal, eBay, Yahoo! Inc., Canon Research America, and Silicon Graphics.

Mo Fong's dedication to education is evident through roles such as Assistant Principal at Fremont Union High School District and as a High School Math and Chemistry Teacher at Monta Vista High School. Additionally, Mo has been involved in coaching and leadership development, having founded LeiFongCoaching, LLC, and served as the President and Founding Member of the Asian Women Coaching Collective.

Currently, Mo Fong is the Director of Google K12 Edu Outreach, where the focus is on promoting Equity and Access of Computer Science Education for all. Mo also holds positions as the STVP Executive Director and Accel Leadership Program Director at STVP - the Stanford Engineering Entrepreneurship Center.
