Molefi Mpheshea is an Environmental Soil Scientist with a passion for rural development, sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction in agriculture.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Soil Science and Resource Conservation with First Class honors from the National University of Lesotho, and a Master of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Environmental Soil Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Molefi has a diverse organizational background, having worked as a Natural Resource Officer at FAO, Senior District Conservation Officer in the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho, Project Coordinator at World Vision, Part-Time Lecturer at the National University of Lesotho, Environmental Specialist Assistant at Millennium Challenge Account-Lesotho, and Research Assistant at the National University of Lesotho.
