Monique Moyer has a rich and varied background in the real estate industry, with expertise in finance, human capital management, business transformation, and crisis management. She started her career in 1997 as the Director of Public Finance at the City and County of San Francisco, overseeing a multi-billion dollar debt portfolio and negotiating innovative bond transactions. She also served as the Economic Development Director, working on PPP agreements with the US Navy and private developers, while supporting Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. at CalPERS.

In 2004, Monique became the Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco, managing diverse assets and overseeing the Port's economic recovery post-9/11 and stability during the Great Recession. She successfully handled emergency events and major projects like the Pier 27 Cruise Ship Terminal. Returning to the corporate sector in 2016, Monique joined CBRE as a Senior Managing Director, leading facilities management, advisory services, and transactions for commercial real estate clients in the Technology Media and Telecom sector. She also serves as Vice Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority, reflecting her continued dedication to waterborne connectivity.

Throughout her career, Monique has been active on 8 boards of directors, holding leadership positions and contributing to various committees. With a BA in Economics from Grinnell College and a background at Marin Catholic High School, Monique Moyer's dynamic career has exemplified innovative leadership and impactful decision-making in the real estate and public sectors.
